Details

The Solesbee’s Hydraulic Quick Coupler allows you to conveniently control attachment changes from the comfort of the excavator’s cab, without the need for manual labor or leaving the machine.

The speed and efficiency of hydraulic operation minimizes downtime and improves productivity on the job site. The multi-pin grabber coupler has several safety features that ensure coupler engagement is maintained during hydraulic failure. Backup mechanical locks on rear attachment pins are independent of the machine’s hydraulic locking and operating system.

FEATURES

  • The safety knuckle instantly engages onto the front pin without any operator command
  • The safety knuckle is activated automatically—regardless of the operator controlled, self-adjusting, main locking wedge
  • After the coupler is uncoupled from the attachment and the operator’s action is delayed, the safety knuckle will return to the safe position
  • For Excavator models from 4,000 lbs to 79,000 lbs, pending our design if we are to have smaller ones
